Lol, seems like a common issue!
I'm actually attempting to restart IMA now. Is this a normal thing or
is it caused by anything in particular?

My resource manager is reporting "server down" but the server is still
up. It also looks like there are still users connected and working
although I can't view any session info.

Any ideas?
