Citrix PS 4.5

Make sure your remote users group in RDP local group on citrix servers.

If you have done this already and still having issue, Let me ask you. have
you upgrade your farm to 4.5 recently?

We upgrade the farm and we started getting the same errors, finally we ened
creating new farm and moved the servers to new far. Hope thats not your
case.

Sethu,

Are you saying you can log into the Web Interface but when you select one of
the applications you get rejected because the user is not a member of
"Remote Desktop Users"?

PS 4.5

I have installed Citrix In a Customer Location I am able to connect to the
client thru WEB INTERFACE but when I am trying to launch a published
application there is a message from the server saying that REMOTE USER GROUP
is not specified for this user and so no access is there any other way we
can specify it. I have provided the required access for the user and also
the published application is assigned to the user In Web Interface it is
working perfectly

Please Help

Thanks in Advance

Subject: [THIN] CDROM solutions

Hello - Company is moving away from computers, going to completely thin
clients + citrix in house. Looking for a good solution for them to use when
people need to access information on a cd or dvd. Does anybody know of any
good solutions for this type of environment? They are thinking about doing
something like buying a dedicated tower that holds like 8 or 10 cdrom
drives, and then sharing them out on the network to the users when they need
them. Are there better solutions out there?

Thanks guys,

Jon
