Write a batch file that maps a drive letter and then starts the app.

Ie

Echo off

Net use x: \\server\share

X:\xyz\zyz.exe

Publish the app using runh.exe to hide the cmd window, runh is available
from the thin downloads still I think

Subject: [THIN] Published Application Question

This may be a dumb question, but I don't know what an obvious question
is. I need to publish an app for one user that must use a drive letter,
not an UNC path. So the shortcut must be x:\xyz\xyz.exe where x: is
mapped to \\server\share. How do I accomplish that? I cannot publish
the desktop for her... just the app. Any help will be appreciated...
I'm going to keep digging for an answer myself.

Thanks in advance!

Jennifer
