You're going to have to be more flexible in your config... "absolute"
and "not an option" don't leave you a whole lot of wiggle room. Maybe we
can offer alternative solutions for the reasons that you won't use TS
profiles if we knew what they were.

You could use a third party app such as PowerFuse to get the exact same
desktop for thin and native. Granted it won't be the new XP interface...

Subject: [THIN] Profile compatibility

Okay folks, I'm not sure anyone out there is running a config similar to
ours, but here is the question:

Config:

Windows 2000 Terminal Server for remote access
Windows XP desktops (new interface, not classic)

Problem: Whenever a user from XP logs into TS, the color scheme and
other
miscellaneous profile attributes get changed such that when they log
back
into XP nothing looks the same. Single shared roaming profiles between
TS
and XP are an absolute must...ie, mandatory profiles or separate TS
profiles
are not an option.

Any idea how to make things consistent?

Thanks in advance for any ideas...
