I had that problem for a while, but it seems disappear once you have all the
correct printer drivers installed on the Citrix box.

Anyone know the reason why print jobs get stuck printing every now and then.
They just say printing! Is there a way to minimize this? You cannot delete
the stuck print job. To clear the print job I have to restart the spooler
service. It happens to both auto created printers and static printers.
