That is exactly what I am seeing.
I believe the hotfix 29 registry entry would be good to try. DO I need to
create the keys and such for that, or just alter them?
If you do the reg. hotfix, does the number of drivers matter?

Lets go over a couple of things. I see this some times and Citrix
support shrugs and says "we don't know"
Anyway here are some times I have seen it and what I am dealing with
now.
On one set of servers:
Netware Client, XP fr2, 450 Drivers installed
Client printers that are LOCAL work, Client printers that are network
printers don't.=20
Set it to FR1 and all printers work
Reduce the number of drivers to say 50 or 60 and all printers work even
with FR2
Install hotfix 29 And SET THE REG ENTRY TO LEAVE ALL PRINTERS AS TRUE
CLIENT PRINTERS and it works
Second set of servers
NO netware client alls AD, XP FR2, 650 drivers installed
Client printers that are LOCAL work, Client printers that are network
printers don't.
Set it to FR1 and all printers work
Reduce the number of drivers to say 50 or 60 and all printers work even
with FR2
Install hotfix 29 And SET THE REG ENTRY TO LEAVE ALL PRINTERS AS TRUE
CLIENT PRINTERS and it works
It seems to me that it is a timeout issue with the FR2 code looking for
those shared printers and also searching through the large number of
drivers. Support just shrugs and hell even closed the ticket on me when
I was still looking for a FIX and not the work around.

I activate FR2, the auto-created printers fail to show up. I go back to
FR1, all is fine. I have even installed hotfix 29. Anyone else see
