If you create the printers using local ports than all users can see and use
them. This means that they must be either physically connected (i.e. LPT1)
or a network re-direct port such as LPR or an HPJetDirect port, for example.
Anytime you simply map a printer in your session to a network UNC only the
current user will see that.

I have tried installing them locally but I am the only one who
can see them.
I created them with Admin privileges...

You could create it locally on the terminal server. The default permission
is everyone has print access so they would be able to see it.

How can I create printers on a Term Server (add printers) so all
users
can see the printers I have added? I am sick and tired of the
problems
I am having with Auto-Created printers. The app cannot display
enough
in the printer pick list for them to be able to tell which one they
want
because of appending the client name to the front.
