Just a wild shot in the dark, but if this user is using a laptop, they may
have one of those funky keyboards where part of the actual keyboard does
double-duty as a numeric keypad. Thus, with numlock on, the user would type
"N" and get a "1" instead.

If the user is using a laptop to login, make sure that the numlock is also
off.

We had this once...took us forever to figure out that the user was
accidentally hitting the numlock key. We're all bald here now from pulling
our hair out...

Hope this helps.

I am having this problem again. A user is unable to log in to our system
through Nfuse. They keep getting the error that the credentials are
incorrect. I can log in just fine under their username and password AND I
have verified that they have caps lock off AND are using the numbers along
the top of the keyboard (not the Keypad). This user had this problem a few
days ago, and it seemed to clear up on its own, and now is back again. I am
at a total loss here. I cannot actually go this users site to try logging
in myself or I would.
Does anyone have an idea of what could cause this?
