What were the logon times before Trend was installed?
As your on 2003 switch on UserEnvDebug and check what is getting loaded. I'd
be surprised if it was just Officescan causing the problem, it's most likely
just highlighting an underlying issue.

We are using PS4 and recently installed Trend Offiscan 10.5 and are logons are
slow. Some users it will take up to 15 minutes to log on. Is there an exlusion
list needed. Or anything else I should be aware. Thanks in advance
