Is there an easy way to stop Outlook from popping up the following
when external programs that we've written, or MS Word attempts to send
an email message?

A program is trying to access e-mail addresses you have
stored in Outlook. Dou you want to allow this?

If this is unexpected, it may be a virus and you should
  choose "No".

  [ ] Allow access for [1 minute V]

  [Yes] [No] [Help]

Thanks,
