I seem to recall that you can make the association in HKCU with the
assoc command. I would assume that the user can then change the with
and without asking part?

I have an issue with the file open dialoge box for attachments in Outlook 2003.

It seems that only users with admin rights are allowed to thange the
settings for wich file types can open with or without asking. And the
settings are stored in HKCR and applies for all users pr server. This
can not be by design.

Anybody seen this?? Can this be related to pr user file assosiations
wich I have seen mentioned here?
