Make sure cached mode is turned off? -----Original Message----- From: Greg Watts [mailto:cgwatts@xxxxxxxxx] Sent: 09 February 2005 23:43 To: Thin Subject: [THIN] Outlook 2003 I am running Office 2003 on a Win2k3 server with MPS 3.0 (published desktop to Sun Ray 150's) and having a problem with Outlook. The problem is that everytime a user launches Outlook it will hesitate for about 20 - 30 seconds. It appears that it is trying to synch with the Exchange Server (Exchange 2000). Is there a best practice with configuring Outlook 2003? It happens both from an ICA session and RDP regardless of hardware client (fat or thin) but not from a desktop that has Outlook installed locally. Any help would be appreciated!
