Hi Matthew,

Installing office from an patched administrative install point is by far the
neatest way to do it (tarpon/softgrid aside). Office 2003 comes with fairly
comprehensive group policy templates that are almost too detailed.

How do you intend to do your cloning? Some of the SID change products don't
handle the ctx_smauser ACLS properly for DCOM and the ICA listener.

regards,

Subject: [THIN] Office 2003 install and cloning

I'm just about to deploy a new Windows 2003 environment with Office 2003. Does
anyone have a suggest TS deployment for Office 2003 including all settings?
Should I install from a install point or direct from CD?

Does anyone have a document on cloning a PS4 server? I'm only doing two servers
but I thought I might clone the second server if it not to much hassle.

Thank you,
