[THIN] OT: vodafone alternatives

Hi,
Didn't know how to describe the subject......
I'm faced with a challenge to find the best solution for a reasonable
price for a customer.
They have a few camp sites where no phone lines are present.
They want to be able to log on to a Citrix farm situated in a nearby
city, without the use of a GSM - laptop connection.
We were looking into the Vodafone option but 1,25 euro per MB outside
the monthly costs and the card is a bit to much.
Is there anyone on the list using any kind of product to achieve the
same goals?
any thought are welcome.
