It's all the slots. And every card. 

Actually if  the motherboard is in the wrong place I can easily undo my sawing 
and screw another end on the cards. Or use em in the 1Us

I had the same problem with an x305 and a SCSI card.  Is it a PCI-X slot?  Once 
we ordered the correct card from IBM it fit fine (i.e. no 1/4 gap).
