If you can do a swing to a new server, or even a transitional server,
you leave the old and new server online long enough so all the profile
auto redirect to the new server (which is where you moved all the
mailboxes).

If you need a temp server, you do the same, then remove old server,
reload it to 2003, join it, swing back, remove the transitional server.

Subject: [THIN] Re: OT: Exchange upgrade

For those of you who migrated to 2003, what are some best practices to
try to ensure a migration transparent to users as much as possible? ( I
am specifically thinking of Outlook user profiles running on my Citrix
boxes.)

I have to migrate a 5.5 store of 11gb to 2003.
