[THIN] OT - Exchange 5.5 Tracking Down a Ghost User

I have a scenario when they invite Administrative Staff to a meeting using
the GAL, they receive an undeliverable message indicated below. My problem
is that there is no such individual (Miller, Fred) in the GAL as referenced
as an intended recipient. Suggestions on how I can locate the cause of this
reply? Thanks!
