Icons are created and obtained from the
Nfuse17\NfuseIcons Directory...

As a test... Set NTFS perms on this directory to
Authenticated Users = Full Control

Goto your CMC Console.
Right Click a Published App
  Program Neighborhood Settings Tab
Change the Icon to something else

Client side....
From IE Client
Tools - Internet Options - General Tab
Delete Files

Reconnect to Nfuse Site
Login

What happens?
