I'm not entirely positive if you are saying that the published app itself isn't appearing or if just the icon is missing. If it is just the icon, browse to the NFuseIcons directory and make sure the IUSR_computername account has full permissions to the folder. This is the account responsible for creating the icons displayed in the NFuse application list.
