Good point.

Also, "boilerplate" indicates an old version of NFuse, below 1.60, is installed. Upgrade, if you can, to NFuse 1.61, or better to 1.7.

Clear your Temporary Internet Files (IE properties, Delete Temp Internet
File, check clear offline content).

I deleted all reference to the client on the PC and re-installed version
6.30.1050 and when I try to launch word via nfuse I get the following error.

'The (Microsoft Word 2000 custom nbhd) section in the
C:\winnt\profiles\fpabia\local settings\temporary internet
files\content.ie5\70E2VZ4E\boilerplate(1).ica file does not contain an
address or device name entry. The connection is aborted'

Can I please get some help. Thanks.

Hi Fred,

If I understand you correctly, you have an issue with ICA client
installation similar to other cases when ICA got "updated" to higher version

and never worked again...

Solution - remove all ICA client installs from the client workstation
INCLUDING "web" ICA client and all "Citrix" folders related to ICA client
install. Reinstall ICA (version 6.3 preferably). See if it works.
