Does anyone know where to get the latest Rick D. tuning guide that would
include all the Win2K3 tweaks added?

Programs vs Background: On a Terminal Server it's Programs (although the
difference is very slight. Use an add-on CPU management product for real
help).

A year or so ago, Ron O (I think) went through and updated Rick D's tuning
guide. One item that was listed that still need to be tested was the
Memory Usage setting. Does anyone now have a definitive answer on whether
it should be set for System Cache or Programs? How about the process
scheduler: Programs or Background Services?
