Thanks for the responses so far Ok the server is Windows 2k SP3 The metaframe version is 1.8 SP2 Whilst i havent been onsite i am fairly sure the licensing is correct to these versions ( everything else they run is performing normally) The Gifs in the application appear perfectly when run on the console itself I am not aware how you can configure RDP to display 16bit so i am not sure how to test this When i connect via RDP in my test environment via RDP the gifs appear incorrectly in the same way as the clients does Is anyone aware of a good resource on all the ways in which colour can be configured for this type of environment? Thanks again Nick On 2/3/06, Jim Hathaway <jhathaway@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx> wrote: > > So the obvious questions first…. > > > > Do the Gifs display properly from the console of the server in question or > not? > > > > RDP connections to this server with connections specifically set to allow > 16bit (you can make 16bit color connections to Win2k TS systems from the > winxp RDP client) do they show the images correctly? > > > > If it seems to work fine in regards to the two questions I mention above, > then I would lean twoards looking at the citrix client's in use. > > > > There are of course many places within the config of a TS server / citrix > server where color settings can be defined.
