Sure. Everyone is. Just like any other MS product you are going to be
forced to it anyway.
One trick that should be brought up (But can be illegal like in the NT
4.0 days) is that the USER MODE in 2k3 DOES NOT, repeat DOES NOT check
with a lciense server at this time.
