[THIN] Licensing Issue

I'm just MF 3.0 PS on Win2k Server an PN Agent.
When users double click a shortcut say Excel Citrix logs on and does it thing.
With Excel running if they click on Word it logs on and does it thing. Then
say Access it logs on and does it thing... do you see the problem?
Why does my Citrix keep having them logging on taking yet another license up,
plus its pretty slow because every time they use a different app it makes them
log on again.
Ideas?
