Yes. You can have three redundant FlexLM servers. If one goes down, the other two continue to serve licenses. (You have to have three, and if the servers get partitioned into a group of one and a group of two, say by a network failure, then the singleton won't serve licenses anymore. This prevents people from abusing this feature into giving them two independent license servers and getting a bunch of "free" licenses). As to why Citrix doesn't use, enable, or advertise this feature is a question for Citrix.
