yes.  It is really easy to do this if you publish a desktop and then use the
program neighborhood agent within that published desktop. You can then blend
apps from multiple farms etc into one desktop.  all the users see are icons
and they go where expected when launched.

Beyond that, you could direct users from your published desktop to a Web
Interface page, you could setup a custom connection in the full program
neighborhood client or provide them a .ica file to launch it.

Lots of options but in the end, you can get what you want to work.
