This sounds like a perfect candidate for the new VM hosted apps feature of 
XenApp 5 Feature Pack 
2. VM Hosted apps lets you host applications on centralized Windows XP, Windows 
Vista and Win 7 
virtual machines and deliver them through XenApp with no compatibility issues.
