I used version 6 and had no problems whatsoever... excellent software, even
with remapped drives on the blades.

You may need a different version of ibmaster.exe (or whatever they are using
now, I think it is now called rdeploy.exe or something like that) we have
found different versions work better than others depending on the client and
they fixed issues in following versions that gave error messages like you
speak of below..  The older version 4 ibmaster.exe actually works on more
things but then the images it creates aren't readable by the newer rdeploy.exe
versions.

Can anyone suggest a decent step-by-step guide to imaging HP T5300, 5500 and
5700 terminals using altiris? I've got one of each in for evaluation and all
utterly refuse to cooperate with my imaging attempts. I get a zero byte img
file on the Altiris server and the client reboots over and over again.
