Ahhhh, that makes sense. Thanks Jeff. I patched a test machine in the farm and noticed that I started getting a lot of failure logon events in the Security log. I traced it back to the imasrv.exe process. It is requesting "Access this computer from the network" for each user that hits this machine. This may be a dumb question, but why would users need this user right if they are connecting through an ICA or RDP session. I thought the "Allow log on through Terminal Services" took care of it. Also, why did this just start happening when I installed the roll-up patch? Sorry for so many questions, but I am really confused on why this is necessary. Thanks in advance. Should I be able to do this? I am going to try installing this patch again and see what happens (in my test environment this time :-) ). Yes, I unregistered the XML server and re-registered it with the same problem. Thanks. When you changed the port did you stop the XML service, unregister it with ctxxmlss /u. and re-register it with ctxsmlss /r3389 ? After this verify it through the CMC. When I installed the rollup hotfix, I started see the below mentioned errors in the event log. One problem was that the patch changed the XML publishing port back to share with IIS. I changed it back to the port that I'm using (TCP 3389) but the problem still persisted. When a user tried to log into Citrix, they were given the error message of "Resource Unavailable" and that error (the error below) was logged in the WI's application event log. Thanks.
