[THIN] Help: No users can print on my PS4 server

We are in pilot mode, and thus have a only a group of users on PS4 (all
others are on PS3 working happy).
Client is NT4 with the latest version of Citrix client
Windows 2003 SP1
PS4 with latest hotfix rollout
Users cannot print. Error message is "operation cannot be completed: Access
is denied" when I try to load the printr manager on the server logged in as
as admin
The service account is using .\Ctx_SmaUser
