With a full Microsoft roaming profile, you have to roam the whole thing, for
every user. That means a big profile store and subflders for every user. it
can get messy to maintain over time.
with the flex kit you maintain one very small mandatory profile and then
only the parts you specify to be roamed, get saved. It is fast, clean, and
invisible to the users.
I think Citrix consulting offers a paid flexible profile thing. i can't
remember what they call it though.
