You can use Robocopy ver 1.94 for this.  Probably with the /mir switch.  

For example:
robocopy <source> <destination> /MIR /R:3 /W:20
/LOG:\\server\robocopy\logs\output.txt /NP 
if errorlevel 16 echo *** Fatal Error *** & goto end
if errorlevel 16 echo *** Failed Copies *** & goto end

This will create a mirror image of the source with retry switch of 3 count
and timeout of 20 seconds....

Then...save as .bat and schedule to run at 12.  Or use the soon.exe in the
script.

Is it possible to configure File Replication of a directory between 2 Win2K
Domain Controllers? I've checked TechNet and I found some informaiton about
the SYSVOL share, but no luck finding a procedure for 
replicating other directories.
Any help is appreciated.
