What application? How many users? Does it happen every time to every
user, or just sometimes, or just to some users? Is it a published app,
or launched from a Citrix desktop?

Hello,
Version:Presnetation server 4.0/Windows 2003 sp1
I have a couple of users getting the following error message when trying
to launch an application:
ERROR: An error has occurred while trying to launch the application.
Please contact your administrator. Log ID: 519fd942
It seems to be hanging on the client install. Has anyone seen this
before?
