I would be scanning that bad boy for a virus.  Isn't 5 minutes differences
in time where DCs start having problems?

Also check the time on your DCs.

They should be because before I got here they were using Atomic clock to try
and fix the issue. Even when that fixes the clock, it will go back to 5 min
fast. Someone even said they saw it roll forward to the faster time.
