They should be because before I got here they were using Atomic clock to try
and fix the issue. Even when that fixes the clock, it will go back to 5 min
fast. Someone even said they saw it roll forward to the faster time.

Are they collecting time from a Time server? Either in or out of your
organisation?

Has anyone encountered a problem where the system clock always goes up
by 5 minutes? Even if I set the clock back, it will go back up to 5
minutes fast. The weird part is that I have three identical Citrix
servers and they all do the same thing.
