According the the MSDN IE blog at http://blogs.msdn.com/ie/archive/2006/07/26/678149.aspx Microsoft intends to deliver Internet Explorer 7 sometime Q4 this year as a regular update to Windows XP, Windows XP 64 and Windows Server 2003. Microsoft has already created a blocker toolkit for corporations to prepare for how they want to handle this update.
