[THIN] DOS Application

We have this wonderful app (not really) that we use which is DOS based. When
three users or more run this app off the Citrix box (Windows 2000 SP3,
Citrix XP FR 2) the CPU stays at 100%. Does anyone know if there is a way to
correct this problem?
I would personelluy like to replace the app but that is not an option.
