[THIN] Citrix slow logins and screen freezes

Has anyone experienced slow logins and screen freezes on their Citrix boxes
after installing SP4 for Win2k?  If so, have they found a solution?  
 
I have been working with Microsoft on this problem, but after two weeks, we
are still scratching our heads in confusion.
