[THIN] Building Citrix Farm in Virtual World

I am looking at building new Citrix Farm entirely from VM's. We run VMware
ESX 3.02. Anyone seen

Any gotcha's from creating farm from scratch in virtual world. How about
running virtual applications with

This either Softgrid or Xenapp?
