We plan to upgrade to 3.5 from 3.02. What kind of issues have you seen with
3.02? Understand about hardware and sizing issues. We will be testing for
resource utlization
after we get apps integrated to size ESX hosts. All ESX hosts will have
dual processors
with either dual or quad cores and lots of memory.

I would go right to VMWare 3.5 if possible.
This idea will work fine, but just like physical hardware, everything is
relative, from a sizing standpoint.
