Try deleting all temp internet files, set temp internet files to 50 MB, delete 
all cookies and make sure the client is using IE6 SP1 with all applicable 
patches and the latest ICA web client.  That should do it.

Anyone got a fix for this? 

I have a user that is accessing our farm via web interface and they get 
prompted to save (not open) launch.ica 
If they save to desktop and double click it opens in ica client. 

We have had them install the new full client to try and resolve did not fix. 

??? 
At this point I am looking at uninstalling/clean up everything and reinstall.  
Problem is don't have access remotely to client desktop.
