Make sure that "Do not save encrypted pages to disk" is not selected in
the IE advanced options tab.

Are you using SSL on your WI site or is the client running
Windows XP SP2?

Anyone got a fix for this?

I have a user that is accessing our farm via web interface and
they get prompted to save (not open) launch.ica
If they save to desktop and double click it opens in ica client.

We have had them install the new full client to try and resolve
did not fix.

        ???
At this point I am looking at uninstalling/clean up everything
and reinstall. Problem is don't have access remotely to client desktop.

        Thanks for any help.
