Thank you lord... I finally resolved this issue, I can go home this weekend
in peace.
This one threw me for a loop.
Using Regmon, Filemon, and Debug View...... (Thank you Sysinternals again)
(For the record)
I lock down my Terminal Servers with a Access Local Group. For some reason
this SID was not resolving on the folders post ghosting.
I reset the NTFS Permissions:
Administrators = Full
System = Full
Local Access = Change (Local Access has Global Group from Domain ... Farm
Access)
Everything is working as expected.

If you use AD check if your new Citrix server is in Domain Controllers OU
after joining the domain.

Scenario:
Re-ghosted my primary image box (Win2k and Citrix 1.8). After ghost,
renamed box and added to domain. (This box has been ghosted probably 10
times prior to this point...same process every time)
Everything looks good..except, only Domain Admins can login locally or
remotely. When I try to logon as a remote user I get an immediate error
that says:
"The system cannot log you on (1F). Please try again or consult your system
admin"
I have full logging enabled and nothing out of the ordinary is showing up in
events.
Any suggestions?
PS.. I finally got my script finished so thanks again to everyone that
helped.
