advisor to try and pin point the issue ..
...I seen a http://forums.adobe.com/thread/305319 might be worth a read

I checked HKLM\System\CurrentControlSet\Control\Print. Admin has full
rights which is the account I used for the install. User has rights to
HKCU Print Key also. Are there any other keys?
