Hi,

Server 2003 add-ons include a utility called the application verifier. It's
intended to test registry access, file system access and other types of
behaviour by an application, and produce a report of an applications "bad"
behaviour.

Looks quite good. However I'm not sure whether it's limited to server 2003
only.

regards,

Rick

e-mail me off list and I can send you a doc I have created. It's not
complex but in some environments I give it to the application guys to
let them test their applications on the dev servers. It may be too much
information but it walks them through testing with two users, testing
some basic printing to auto-created printers, how does the app install,
etc.

Its basically based on the structure MS uses for its Certified for
Windows testing but lower end and meant for someone who knows very
little about citrix.

Hi,

Within our organisation, a couple of consultants talk to end-users and
try =3D
to figure out, what applications they need. They start a new project,
talk =3D
to suppliers and finaly check with the Citrix guys if the app will run
on =3D
Citrix.

Does one of you have a document that they can check together with the =
=3D
supplier to see if their apps makes any chance of being admitted to =3D
citrix?

I'm looking for something like:
- is the app multi user aware?
- what about regkeys HKEY Current User and HKEY Local Machine
- is it true 32bit
- cpu / memory usage
etc....

Gabrie
