What is their default printer set to? Is it a Client printer with the
Citrix Universal Printer Driver? Some apps struggle with this. Try setting
it to a network printer.

Getting reports that some users run reports in Access 2003 runtime, and try
to print, but get an error, âmust install a printerâ.
Checked the Citrix serversâ.their printers are there.
