[texbirds] Wow, what a new yard bird !!

I was outside and heard a parakeet screechy call. the bird then flew over me
and landed on top of a telephone pole just outside my house. I rushed inside
for my binoculars and lo and behold a monk parakeet !! If only i could put it
on my yard and county list, bummer !!
