[texbirds] Tuesday morning birding, Hagerman NWR.

The story of the day was that the Red-necked Phalarope is still at the refuge.  
Being seen mostly in the vicinity of the observation platform on Egret Pad. It 
was very windy today and our count suffered as a result.  We finished the day 
with 53 species. We saw both Cooper's and Sharp-shinned Hawk. We also saw a 
Northern Harrier, a couple of Red-tailed Hawks and a Red-shouldered Hawk. We 
saw 28 White-faced Ibis, most of them were feeding in Denver Pond. It is great 
to see all the birders from the Metroplex that are coming to see the Phalarope.
