[texbirds] Tuesday morning birding, Hagerman NWR.

With a strong cold breeze blowing from a northwestern direction and clear skies 
as we left headquarters one of our group commented that it was going to be a 
good day.
And a good day it was.  We saw 76 species.  Some of the better sightings of the 
day were on the road to Meadow Pond where we saw a Winter Wren, 8 Rusty 
Blackbirds, 4 Purple Finches, a House Wren, a Golden-crowned Kinglet and many 
Harris Sparrows. As we left Meadow Pond Trail we saw an immature Bald Eagle 
sitting near the Big Mineral Picnic Area.
