Oh, no, I had no idea NARBA was discontinuing. I know the national NARBA costs, 
but I always understood the TX part was free. Sorry if I gave out inaccurate 
information.

I just went to the NARBA site and was informed that NARBA will discontinue 
operations in May 2014. Until then, you can subscribe for $35.00.

I didn't get news of bird sightings because I didn't have a computer. Now I'm

top of things. I don't do facebook but I do facebook TEXBIRDS. I don't 
understand why anyone wouldn't want to do that even if you don't " friend" a 
single person, or do a single post on facebook. Technology is awesome.
